study with me June 6th

Salam walakum wa rahmatuAllahi wa barkatoh,  (Good morning, evening, afternoon)

I pray this reaches you all in strong deen and Eman and good health.

Today is the 6th of June 2021 alhduallah. right now is 10:30 am

Today i am going to head to the Quran. we have been having alot of reminders and trials personally and the Phrophet Said that when you have a concern to turn back to the Quran and Sunnah. So I will start with the Quran .

Quran: when studying the Quran for me I do it in different ways. In this situation, i look up the word that I need the reminder or learn what Allah says about it. for example, feeling lost.. I will look up the word in the Quran and then read those verses then go to trasfir and then read that.. Or I will go chapter by chapter ,

Today looking up the word, decision:

And by the Mercy of Allah, you dealt with them gently. And had you been severe and harsh-hearted, they would have broken away from about you; so pass over (their faults), and ask (Allah's) Forgiveness for them; and consult them in the affairs. Then when you have taken a decision, put your trust in Allah, certainly, Allah loves those who put their trust (in Him).

(سورة آل عمران, Aal-i-Imraan, Chapter #3, Verse #159)

Tafsir: 3:159.

(So pardon them, and ask (Allah's) forgiveness for them, and consult them in the affairs.)
The Messenger of Allah used to ask his Companions for advice about various matters, to comfort their hearts, and so they actively implement the decision they reach. For instance, before the battle of Badr, the Prophet ﷺ asked his Companions for if Muslims should intercept the caravan (led by Abu Sufyan). They said, "O Messenger of Allah! If you wish to cross the sea, we would follow you in it, and if you march forth to Barkul-Ghimad we would march with you. We would never say what the Children of Israel said to Musa, 'So go, you and your Lord, and fight you two, we are sitting right here.' Rather, we say march forth and we shall march forth with you; and before you, and to your right and left shall we fight." The Prophet ﷺ also asked them for their opinion about where they should set up camp at Badr. Al-Mundhir bin 'Amr suggested to camp close to the enemy, for he wished to acquire martyrdom.
Concerning the battle of Uhud, the Messenger ﷺ asked the Companions if they should fortify themselves in Al-Madinah or go out to meet the enemy, and the majority of them requested that they go out to meet the enemy, and he did. He also took their advice on the day of Khandaq (the Trench) about conducting a peace treaty with some of the tribes of Al-Ahzab (the Confederates), in return for giving them one-third of the fruits of Al-Madinah. However, Sa'd bin 'Ubadah and Sa'd bin Mu'adh rejected this offer and the Prophet ﷺ went ahead with their advice. The Prophet ﷺ also asked them if they should attack the idolators on the Day of Hudaybiyyah, and Abu Bakr disagreed, saying, "We did not come here to fight anyone. Rather, we came to perform 'Umrah." The Prophet ﷺ agreed.
On the day of Ifk, (i.e. the false accusation), the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to them, "O Muslims! Give me your advice about some men who falsely accused my wife ('A'ishah). By Allah! I never knew of any evil to come from my wife. And they accused whom? They accused he from whom I only knew righteous conduct, by Allah!" The Prophet ﷺ asked 'Ali and Usamah about divorcing 'A'ishah. In summary, the Prophet ﷺ used to take his Companions' advice for battles and other important events.
Ibn Majah recorded that Abu Hurayrah said that the Prophet ﷺ said;
الْمُسْتَشَارُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ
(The one whom advice is sought from is to be entrusted) This was recorded by Abu Dawud, At-Tirmidhi, and An-Nasa'i who graded it Hasan.
and

Allah's statement,
فَإِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ
(Then when you have taken a decision, put your trust in Allah,) means, if you conduct the required consultation and you then make a decision, trust in Allah over your decision,
إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَوَكِّلِينَ
(certainly, Allah loves those who put their trust (in Him)).
Allah's statement,
(If Allah helps you, none can overcome you; and if He forsakes you, who is there after Him that can help you? And in Allah (Alone) let believers put their trust), is similar to His statement that we mentioned earlier,
وَمَا النَّصْرُ إِلَّا مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ
(And there is no victory except from Allah the Almighty, the All-Wise) [3:126].
Allah next commands the believers to trust in Him,
وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
(And in Allah (Alone) let believers put their trust).
Hadith Al Bukhari
Narrated Ibn Masud: I heard the Prophet saying, "There is no envy except in two: a person whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it in the right way, and a person whom Allah has given wisdom (i.e. religious knowledge) and he gives his decisions accordingly and teaches it to the others."  (Book #24, Hadith #490)
Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: The Prophet delivered a sermon and said, "Allah gave a choice to one of (His) slaves either to choose this world or what is with Him in the Hereafter. He chose the latter." Abu Bakr wept. I said lo myself, "Why is this Sheikh weeping if Allah gave choice to one (of His) slaves either to choose this world or what is with Him in the Hereafter and he chose the latter?" And that slave was Allah's Apostle himself. Abu Bakr knew more than us. The Prophet said, "O Abu Bakr! Don't weep. The Prophet added: Abu- Bakr has favored me much with his property and company. If I were to take a Khalil from mankind I would certainly have taken Abu Bakr but the Islamic brotherhood and friendship is sufficient. Close all the gates in the mosque except that of Abu Bakr.  (Book #8, Hadith #455)

Narrated 'Aisha: Whenever Allah's Apostle was given the choice of one of two matters, he would choose the easier of the two, as long as it was not sinful to do so, but if it was sinful to do so, he would not approach it. Allah's Apostle never took revenge (over anybody) for his own sake but (he did) only when Allah's Legal Bindings were outraged in which case he would take revenge for Allah's Sake.  (Book #56, Hadith #760)
Hadith Muslim

Ibn Abbas reported that Sa'd b. Ubida asked Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) for a decision about a vow taken by his mother who had died before fulfilling it. Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Fulfil it on her behalf.  (Book #014, Hadith #4017)

If any one of you is concerned about a decision he has to make, then let him pray two rakahs of non-obligatory prayer, then say: (O Allaah, I seek Your guidance [in making a choice] by virtue of Your knowledge, and I seek ability by virtue of Your power, and I ask You of Your great bounty. You have power, I have none. And You know, I know not. You are the Knower of hidden things. O Allaah, if in Your knowledge, this matter (then it should be mentioned by name) is good for me both in this world and in the Hereafter (or: in my religion, my livelihood and my affairs), then ordain it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. And if in Your knowledge it is bad for me and for my religion, my livelihood and my affairs (or: for me both in this world and the next), then turn me away from it, [and turn it away from me], and ordain for me the good wherever it may be and make me pleased with it.

(Reported by al-Bukhaari, 6841; similar reports are also recorded by al-Tirmidhi, al-Nisaai, Abu Dawood, Ibn Maajah and Ahmad).

I am praying this short reminder has helped you .. for me it reminded me to turn to Allah and put my trust in Him and Him alone. we have to do what we can to tie our camel.  Seek naseeha from those you trust and feel have the right to seek nasseha from.  make iskraah and and seek Allahs guidenace always. We never know what Allah has in store for us, but we have to assume the good always. He wants good for us. He tests those he loves. Hardships may be a form of purification or something that has come from your actions. No one can tell you that except for your own self-reflection. Holding your self in account, being ahonest! with your self...  fix what needs to be fixed and move forward and Allah will grant you so much better .

trust , Trust Allah.... (reflection) do we really know what that means and entails?

BarakAllahu feek for your time and kindness. Please leave comments

InshAllah ( Allah, the creator of the Heavens and the earth  willing) type to you later

May 26, 2021 come study with me ...

Salam walakum wa rahmatuAllahi wa barkatoh,  I pray this reaches you in strong deep and eman and good health.  good morning, evening, afternoon Today I wanted to try a different style of blogging. kinda like an all-day thing. To share what i learned and or notes of my Islamic studies.  Let us see if it can be beneficial.  Quran (Starting at page 6, Sura 2:7) Allah has set a seal on their hearts and their hearing (they are closed from accepting Allah's guidance) and on their eyes there is a covering and  Theirs  will be a torment.  subhanAllah we ask Allah to protect us from this and guide us always amen,  let us see what the tasfir says. Tasfir (ibn Kathir )  at the start of the ayat its says (khatama allah) which means Allah sealed . Qatadah said: that this ayah means, shaytan controlled them when they obeyed him. therefore, Allah sealed their hearts, hearing and sight , and they could neither see the guidance nor  hear, comprehend or understand. Ibn Jurayj said that mujahid said

Let us keep learning about FITNAH (Fitan)

Continuing on the Hadith about fitnah we are on page 127 in the 9th volume of shahi bukari.  Narrated by Zainab bint jahsh : The Prophet got up from his sleep with a flushed red face and said "La ilaha illallah ( none has the right to worship but he) woe to the Arabs , from the great evil that is nearly, approaching them. Today (think about this, Today is at his time.. we are over 1400 years right now from this point) a gap has been made in the wall of Yaj'uj and majuj (gog and mog) like this. (sufayan illustrated this by forming the 90 or 100 with his fingers ) it was asked , "shall we be destroyed, though there are righteous people among us? The Prophet said yes if al-khabath increased. what is al khabath?: is as illegal sexual intercourse (reflect in our society right now), and illegitimate children (reflect on society righ
