Continuing on the Hadith about fitnah we are on page 127 in the 9th volume of shahi bukari.
- Narrated by Zainab bint jahsh : The Prophet got up from his sleep with a flushed red face and said "La ilaha illallah ( none has the right to worship but he) woe to the Arabs , from the great evil that is nearly, approaching them. Today (think about this, Today is at his time.. we are over 1400 years right now from this point) a gap has been made in the wall of Yaj'uj and majuj (gog and mog) like this. (sufayan illustrated this by forming the 90 or 100 with his fingers ) it was asked , "shall we be destroyed, though there are righteous people among us? The Prophet said yes if al-khabath increased.
suran 21 al- anbiyaa
92. Truly! This, your Ummah [Shari'ah or religion (Islamic Monotheism)] is one religion, and I am your Lord, therefore worship Me (Alone). [Tafsir Ibn Kathir] |
93. But they have broken up and differed as regards their religion among themselves. (And) they all shall return to Us. |
94. So whoever does righteous good deeds while he is a believer (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), his efforts will not be rejected. Verily We record it for him (in his Book of deeds). |
95. And a ban is laid on every town (population) which We have destroyed that they shall not return (to this world again, nor repent to Us). |
96. Until, when Ya'juj and Ma'juj (Gog and Magog) are let loose (from their barrier), and they swoop down from every mound. |
97. And the true promise (Day of Resurrection) shall draw near (of fulfillment). Then (when mankind is resurrected from their graves), you shall see the eyes of the disbelievers fixedly staring in horror. (They will say): "Woe to us! We were indeed heedless of this - nay, but we were Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers)." |
98. Certainly you (disbelievers) and that which you are worshipping now besides Allah, are (but) fuel for Hell! (Surely), you will enter |
My Allah protect us and have mercy and grant us sabar and not be distracted with the duynah and focus on why were created amen
- 7060: Narrated Usama bin Zaid once the Prophet stood over one of the high buildings of al-Madina and then said (to the people) do you see what I see? they said, "no." He said I see al-fitan (trails and afflictions ) falling among your houses as raindrops fall.
Reflect ... So what do we do ?
We need to turn to our Lord, ask for forgiveness. try to work hard on our weaknesses and push. It's not easy to remember the hadith of the prophet when he was brought to the hellfire and then to jenna. and was asked what do you think? He said i am afraid for my ummah won't get to junnah. Why? because
* The Hellfire is surrounded by what our soul (nafs) desire where as jennah is surrounded by things that we don't. Like obedience to Allah, no drinking, leaving off haram, no illegal sexual intercourse ect. and it may be hard but we keep going, keep striving, if we fall we get up , we dont give in, we keep trying and striving to learn our deen , no blind following, push through.....
* Remember Allah loves you, He will not leave you , H wants you to succeed in this life and see you in the hereafter in jennah . Remember Allah says, you come to me walking, i will come to you at speed. Don't forget though he also says he will not change your condition until you start to change yours.. So really reflect on your situation, your family, your ummah, your country, this world! see what you can change. baby steps, you don't need to change all at once.. take your time but dont give up. that's what shaytan wants for you..
may Allah guide protect and have mercy on us all and never forsake us amen
